Joe Earp, is the Director of HCBS and Development and began working for Millcreek in December 2012. He has a Doctorate Degree in Special Education Administration and thirty years’ experience in the field of Intellectual Disabilities. Prior to employment with Rehabilitation Centers LLC., he was Chief Operating Officer of Developmental Disabilities Management based in Memphis, Tennessee.
