Margaret F. Stept, Chief Executive Officer, has a Master’s Degree and is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. She has been employed by Millcreek since 1987. She served as Director of Millcreek Schools, Inc., prior to becoming CEO in 1999, and was later promoted to Regional Vice President for Youth and Family Centered Services. She has been serving as CEO at Millcreek since the purchase of the company by Acadia in April 2011.
